ARKAN provides professional business setup, company formation, and related administrative services within the United Arab Emirates. The specific details, fees, and timelines for each service are outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal, which, upon signature, will govern the specific relationship between ARKAN and the client. ARKAN is a service provider and is not a government entity, bank, or a legal advisor. We facilitate the processes but are not responsible for the final decisions of government authorities or financial institutions.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary documentation and information accurately and promptly. Any delays in document submission or inaccuracies may affect service timelines and could lead to additional costs. The client warrants that all information and documents provided are true and correct, and that their intended business activities are lawful in the UAE. The client is fully responsible for complying with all relevant local and federal laws, rules, and regulations.

3. Fees and Payments

Our service fees are distinct from and do not include government fees, visa costs, or any other third-party expenses. All fees and payment schedules will be clearly detailed in the Service Agreement. Government fees are subject to change without prior notice by the relevant authorities. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the signed Service Agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

ARKAN is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to, delays caused by government agencies, changes in law, or any force majeure event. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question as outlined in the Service Agreement. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to seek professional counsel on these matters.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ARKAN and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our explicit written permission.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
